Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to drive Corporate Sales within the Group Health Insurance segment. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new corporate clients, managing broker relationships, and driving Group Insurance business across GMC, GPA, and GTL products.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire and manage corporate clients for Group Medical Cover (GMC), Group Personal Accident (GPA), and Group Term Life (GTL).
Interact with partners (broker) and drive the implementation of business plans across different segments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, brokers, and consultants.
Drive business development initiatives to onboard new partnerships and expand market presence.
Prior experience in Insurance / Group Health Insurance is mandatory.
Experience in corporate/B2B sales or partnership management preferred.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Group Health Insurance sales.
Hands-on experience in GMC, GPA, and GTL products.
Experience in Corporate Sales, Relationship Management, or Broker Management.
Strong understanding of Group Insurance and Employee Benefits solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with insurance companies, insurance brokers, or employee benefits consulting firms will be preferred.
