The role leads North India growth for IDPAC industrial automation business, targeting 400 MINR through untapped existing segments. The position combines regional strategy, market development, and technical sales leadership.
Candidates need a BE or BTech in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation, with 10 plus years overall experience and 8 plus years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include planning and marketing automation products revenue, analyzing trends and competitors, developing marketing and prescription strategies, building the project pipeline, and achieving budget targets through knowledge of PLC, DCS, SCADA, and related control products.

Responsible for Planning & Marketing of Industrial Automation products in North Region Greater India. Drive strategy in order to achieve 3 years growth numbers.
Identify & review market trends to fine tuning strategies to drive sales growth.
Design sales, marketing & prescription strategies through product ,solutions, technical Seminars & competitor analysis.
To gain market share within the Region.
Has good knowledge of industrial Automation products Software, DCS, PLC, SCADA. Knowledge of control products viz Drives, sensors, starters, relays, contractors is an added advantage.
