How You'll Make an Impact

Experience in handling government/industry tenders and well versed with tender methodology/bid preparation & bid submission for government/industry projects Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business Technical know-how of High Voltage Substation Products and Solutions knowledge Understanding of Power Transmission business Site investigation, preparing logistics plan, Bulk materials source nearby and attending pre-bid meetings & seeking clarifications from clients Floating enquiries, collection of offers and vendor negotiation, Analysis & Price comparison, updating costing works Getting through the contract terms and conditions, liquidity damages, performance guarantee, milestone, bank guarantee requirements, payment terms and special conditions, taxes and duties To identify risk and opportunity in the proposal pricing in order to mitigate inherent risk at tender submission stage Review and monitor the progress of Tenders Coordinating with internal departments for preparation of project construction plans & schedules, staffs, manpower & equipment deployments, organization charts and method statements and infrastructure requirements Direct engagement with customers for Presentations, Negotiations, Relationship building for closing of orders and for market feedback Engaging with Sales Team for review of opportunities, offers, order lost analysis To meet KRA of Order booking & profitability as per defined budget Able to represent and resolve the tecno-commercial topics with the customers and internal partners Business Development along with Sales regions/ICB Partners to discuss the pipelines available on short- and long-term basis To prepare tender review information in order to ensure methodology, pricing and margin contingency are adequately adhered to Preparing of technical & commercial bids as per the tender requirements Preparing Rate Analysis with logical risk factor pricing

What You Bring

Professional with Qualification of B.E. (Electrical). Minimum 3–5 years of experience in electrical estimation, tendering, bidding, and project costing.

Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of estimation/tendering software is preferred.

Candidate must have professional English written/verbal/interpersonal communication skills to communicate and interact effectively

Our product portfolio includes AIS (upto 800 kV), GIS (upto 420 kV), Power Transformers (upto 765 kV, 500 MVA), Reactors (upto 765 kV), Traction Transformers (upto 33 kV, 10 MVA). We provide EPC for high and extra high voltage projects pertinent to AIS/GIS, Flexible Alternating Current Transmission System (FACTS) devices and High Voltage Direct Current Voltage Source Converter (HVDC VSC) technology. Further, we off er an extensive range of services for the complete lifecycle of the High Voltage /Extra High Voltage asset and projects including bay extension, substation modernisation, product retrofitting and overhauling, emergency services, breakdown services, Long Term Service Agreements (LTSAs), maintenance contracts, O&M contracts and spares.
