Associate, Sustainability Reporting and ESG Rating

Sustainability Analyst is working on supporting clients in meeting their mandatory and voluntary compliance obligations and targets across Europe in a timely manner, proactively supports development of new products in connection to environmental compliance and sustainability, and works with internal tools and platforms.

Sustainability Analyst is an effective communicator and represents the company in front of clients and other stakeholders (governmental agencies, leading industry standard...).

Sustainability Analyst is able to analyze and summarize, question and challenge data and other information. He or she feels comfortable working with numbers and has great digital skills as well as good knowledge of Excel. Sustainability Analyst, based in Budapest, is member of the Sustainability EMEA Team, who altogether report to the Head of the European Compliance.

The main responsibilities include:

Lead client interactions, present and explain results Educate clients, identify needs and translate to commercial opportunities Contribute and lead the development of client sustainability reports Support and lead clients in internal and external reporting initiatives to key stakeholders Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of empirical data with particular focus on environmental, social and governance data and produce timely reports Research, analyze and advise on client-specific strategies regarding sustainability policies and activities Support the development of initiatives and reporting models for monitoring or informing corporate goals for energy reduction and adoptions

Lead delivery programs involving multiple stakeholders internally and externally, develop timeline and efficiently use risk anticipation tools.

COMMON ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES

Beyond the above activities Employee is required to prepare all additional, planned or ad hoc activities, which have been told by their direct leader. The Employee, as the member of the Schneider team, do all the necessary efforts within his/her responsibilites which are necessary to reach the business goals of the company for the defined year. As the member of the organisation, the Employee, knows and applies the Schneider values. Through these activities Employee participates in a mid and long term global value creation activity. Beyond the above mentioned activities the employee is required to fulfil the tasks described in the manuals operations and orders of MSZ EN ISO 9001 Quality Management System and MSZ EN ISO 14001 Environmental Management System. In course of his work she/he is obliged to follow the relevant paragraphs of the Labor Code, Union Contract and Labor Safety Rule and as well the regulations of the inner orders and rules of the company.

Qualifications Needed :

University diploma or degree in Environmental / Economic / Legal areas2-3 years of working experience in a multinational environmentFluency in English is a must! Other languages are welcomed.Environmental background preferredExcellent knowledge of MS Excel is a must (knowledge of Excel formulas and functions)Basic understanding of European environmental and carbon regulations is an advantageStrong analytical and logical skillsExcellent customer focusAbility to manage routine tasksPrecise, has an attention to details and an excellent quality focusAbility to collaborate with internal and external parties within an international environment
