About The Role
The Cvent Supplier Network™ is a powerful venue sourcing platform available to you for free. Easily find event space that matches your specifications, get critical safety updates from venues, determine availability, quickly build RFPs, track cancelled space, and centralize your venue data to be smarter and more prepared.
Demonstrate detailed product knowledge when assisting internal and external clients over the phone and email by answering their product questions and offering technical assistanceWork on various projects and tasks assignedCoordinating with internal teams/stakeholders to ensure completion of tasksComplete ownership of assigned work, meet daily productivity & utilization targets and quality benchmarksAccurate and timely reporting of all self-productivity and project stats in the pre-described formatDocument all communication with the client in Cvent’s CRM softwareStrive to meet weekly activity metrics as well as quarterly performance assessmentsBachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)Experience in Blended Process that involves working on Custom tasks & Projects - preferably travel & hotel background.Strong business acumen, ethics and high integrityCandidate must rank within the top 20% of their present teamExperience in working on Microsoft Excel and Word is preferredCandidates should be ready to work night / late night shiftsMust be articulate, organized, detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-taskQuick learner, with a positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
