Full job description
Responsibilities:
Develop and refine ancillary product flows to strengthen Spinny's ecosystem.
Manage initiatives from concept to scale, including partner evaluation, integration, and internal cross-team alignment.
Monitor adoption, identify improvement areas, and drive growth-focused enhancements.
Support the development of lending and financial product flows aimed at improving the used-car loan journey.
Ideate and build the product roadmap, manage prioritization, tradeoffs, communicate, and evangelize the roadmap across the organization.
Do user research to generate insights that feed into the roadmap and write product requirement documents, and ensure clear communication between design, development, and business teams.
Work with engineers and designers to execute the roadmap, monitor and measure the impact of delivered features, and make course corrections as needed.
Requirements:
B. Tech/B. E or equivalent degree.
1-3 years of product management or related experience in an agile development environment.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Understand technology and be willing to learn and get your hands dirty.
