What You Will Do1. Product DevelopmentWrite clear, complete product requirements: user stories, edge cases, acceptance criteria, and what happens when things fail.Work day to day with Engineering, Design and Business to move work from definition to live.Coordinate feature launches end to end, including release checks, communication and post-launch monitoring.Design and run A/B experiments with a stated hypothesisOwn the quality of what ship2. Customer InsightsLive in the funnel. Monitor acquisition, onboarding, offer generation, approval, disbursal and post-disbursal steps daily.Build and maintain dashboards for these funnels, and track daily, weekly and monthly KPIs.Quantify leakage: find where customers drop, size the opportunity, and rank it against everything else.Write your own SQL queries rather than depending on someone else to pull the data.Gather and validate customer voice from complaints, support calls, app reviews and research, and turn it into defined problems.Define instrumentation requirements for every new initiative, before it is built rather than after.Required Skills and Experience2-4 years of overall experience, including at least 1 year in product management / product analytics.Hands-on experience on SQL and Tableau.Hypothesis-driven problem solvingEvidence of driving something from idea to launch, and of measuring what happened afterwards.Clear written communication, and the confidence to be direct with people more senior than you.
