As a People Success Associate (AI Native), you won't be doing routine coordination or organizing meaningless fun activities. You will work directly with the Head of HR on high-leverage strategic projects, core process automations, and building systems that enable a high-performing organization. If you view this world as a tech product, this role is for you. Think of it as a Founder's Office/AI Analyst role in the HR function.

What will you do?

Process Automation: Audit existing HR workflows (onboarding, performance loops, internal communications) and automate them using no-code, low-code, or vibe coding tools.People Analytics: Dive into team metrics, attrition signals, and performance data to extract actionable insights- not just passive reports.Strategic Projects: Support the Head of HR in designing incentive structures, organizational design, and talent strategy.AI Integration: Experiment with, and deploy AI agents/workflows to streamline candidate sourcing, internal query resolution, and policy navigation.HRBP Responsibilities: Drive people success as HRBP and work on strategic enablement for the workforcePerformance Management: Drive PMS with the Head of HR

Working days: Monday - FridayLocation: Golf Course Road, Gurugram, Haryana (Work from office)
