Based at - Mumbai, field based, with regional travel

Function: Regional Visual Merchandising Execution Lead – Own Retail & Franchise Stores

Reporting To: Senior Manager Visual Merchandising

Role Overview

The Regional Visual Merchandising Execution role is responsible for end‑to‑end in‑store execution of Visual Merchandising standards across all exclusive retail stores. The role ensures that all VM guidelines, campaigns, windows, and product presentations are implemented accurately, consistently, and on time at store level.

This position focuses purely on on-ground execution, store coordination, and compliance, acting as the execution arm of the Visual Merchandising function.

Key Responsibilities

In‑Store VM ExecutionExecute all visual merchandising guidelines across all exclusive retail stores (own & franchise operated).Implement season launches, brand campaigns, promotions, and window changes in storesEnsure accurate execution of layouts, fixtures, mannequins, and product presentationsDeliver high-quality execution aligned with brand standards and creative intent Store Visits & CoveragePlan and conduct regular store visits as per VM calendarPrioritize key stores, new launches, and high-impact locationsEnsure timely execution during critical retail periods (EOSS, festive, launches)Support new store openings with complete VM setup and readiness VM Compliance & Quality ControlConduct VM audits to ensure adherence to guidelines and standardsIdentify gaps in execution and correct them on the floorShare store-wise compliance reports with VM and retail leadershipDrive consistency in look-and-feel across all all exclusive retail stores (own & franchise operated). Store Team EnablementGuide and train store staff on VM standards, product placement, and maintenanceOwn the VM Champ & Partner VM program and train themSupport store teams with VM best practices and execution tipsEnsure VM is maintained daily through correct product replenishment and stylingBuild strong working relationships with store managers and staff Coordination with VM & Retail TeamsWork closely with VM Operations & VM NSO teamsTranslate VM guidelines into practical store-level executionCoordinate with retail operations on execution timelines and store readinessProvide execution feedback and improvement suggestions to VM leadership Campaign & Window InstallationExecute window displays and in-store focal points as per campaign briefsEnsure proper installation, maintenance, and dismantling of VM elementsCoordinate with local vendors or installers if requiredEnsure safety, durability, and visual impact of displays Reporting & FeedbackShare post-execution images, execution reports, and store feedbackHighlight execution challenges, store limitations, or fixture gapsProvide insights to improve future VM guidelines and execution feasibility
