Full job description

In-process Quality & Manufacturing Excellence

• Drive in-process quality discipline across all manufacturing operations.

• Implement systems for early detection and prevention of defects (Poka-Yoke, SPC, FMEA)

• Reduce rejections, reworks, customer complaints, and returns through structured root cause

analysis (RCA)

• Strengthen quality checkpoints, digital controls, SOP adherence, and manufacturing audits.

2. Supplier Quality Management & Incoming Quality

• Develop robust Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) systems.

• Lead supplier audits, qualifications, and continuous improvement programs.

• Ensure 100% compliance of incoming materials through IQC and vendor performance metrics.

3. Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement

• Lead customer quality initiatives by collaborating with CX, retail, and after-sales teams.

• Analyze customer complaints, returns, and NPS feedback to identify systemic improvement areas.

• Build a strong feedback loop from field to factory to drive proactive improvements.

4. Quality System, Audits & Certifications

• Strengthen QMS and drive compliance with ISO, GMP, regulatory, and international quality

standards.

• Establish documentation, traceability, and data-driven quality management practices.

• Ensure 100% audit readiness throughout the year.
