Coordinate between project sites and corporate functions (SCM, Engineering, Finance, Quality, Admin, and Site Teams) for seamless project execution.Track and resolve cross-functional issues, escalations, and action items impacting project timelines.Support site operations through regular coordination and periodic site visits.Monitor end-to-end material management, including procurement, inventory, warehousing, and site utilization.Ensure availability of critical project materials and manage surplus, slow-moving, and non-moving inventory.Coordinate material movement between vendors, warehouses, and project sites, ensuring proper documentation and stock reconciliation.Monitor SAP transactions including PRs, POs, Service POs, Goods Receipts, invoices, and procurement workflows.Generate and analyze SAP reports related to procurement, inventory, material status, and project expenditures.Support project budget tracking, cost control, expenditure monitoring, and variance analysis in coordination with Finance.Coordinate with Engineering and Site Teams for drawing approvals, material availability, progress updates, and milestone tracking.Facilitate mobilization of contractors, equipment, and resources while proactively identifying schedule risks.Manage site facility requirements, including accommodation, transportation, security, housekeeping, and office infrastructure.Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations covering project progress, inventory, procurement, and budget status.Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and effective stakeholder management across multiple wind energy project sites.
