Role SummaryResponsible for managing trademarks, commercial contracts, legal notices, litigation matters, and providing legal support to business functions.Key ResponsibilitiesTrademark ManagementManage trademark filings, renewals, oppositions, assignments, and enforcement.Conduct trademark searches and provide legal opinions.Coordinate with external attorneys and monitor infringement matters.Contract ManagementDraft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including vendor, service, licensing, marketing, NDA, consultancy, technology, and partnership contracts.Advise stakeholders on legal and contractual risks.Litigation & ComplianceHandle legal notices, consumer complaints, and dispute matters.Coordinate with external counsels on litigation and regulatory proceedings.Support compliance, audits, investigations, and regulatory requirements.Legal AdvisoryProvide legal support to business, marketing, procurement, and HR teams.Conduct legal research and identify risk mitigation measures.Qualifications & ExperienceLL.B. from a recognized university (LL.M. preferred).3–5 years of post-qualification experience.Mandatory experience in trademark prosecution and commercial contract management.Experience in FMCG, D2C, E-commerce, Consumer Products, Healthcare, Nutrition, Media, or Technology sectors preferred.Key SkillsContract drafting and negotiation.Trademark and Intellectual Property (IP) laws.Litigation and dispute management.Legal research and analytical skills.Stakeholder management and communication.Ability to manage multiple assignments independently in a fast-paced environment.
