Apprentice-Medical Services

Functional Activities

Maintain and update digital records of the Medical Services accurately.

Perform data entry and maintenance of pre-employment, periodic, and sick/fit reports for pilots and cabin crew.

Upload and manage medical documents and reports as directed by the medical officers.

Assist in uploading invoices and maintaining data related to monthly procurement of medical supplies, BA test accessories, and stationaries.

Maintain Excel sheets for the following categories:

LMRS (Leave Management/Medical Records System)

Crew on maternity or leave.

Medical certificate not acceptable (MCNA) cases

Video consultation cases

MEDIFs (Medical Information Forms)

Sort, categorize, and analyse data using Excel and Word.

Ensure proper file naming conventions and digital storage for easy retrieval and compliance.

Maintain daily Excel tracking sheets of TMU (Temporary Medically Unfit) pilots.

Follow data confidentiality, privacy standards, and compliance protocols.

Assist in summarizing health data for review meetings and monthly reporting.

Coordinate tasks effectively with team members and medical staff.

Perform any other duties as assigned by medical unit head
