Global Risk & Compliance (“GRC”) independently oversees the company’s compliance, risk-taking and risk management activities, including the comprehensive identification, management, and mitigation of risks within the Company’s risk appetite. GRC ensures the company operates in a safe, sound and fully compliant manner within all applicable regulatory expectations. We create and maintain the overall risk management framework while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance. The Risk Reporting CoE establishes and maintains the Company-wide framework for how risk data is aggregated and risk reports are produced, so that the Board, senior management and regulators receive timely, accurate, complete, consistent and relevant reporting on material risks, concentrations and emerging risks. The Risk Reporting CoE sets risk reporting standards across the enterprise, and partners with the Enterprise Data Office, Business Unit Data Offices, GRC Product and Capabilities, and Risk Report Owners to deliver Tier 1 Risk Reports on the Risk Reporting Platform. We modernize how the enterprise aggregates, analyzes and reports risk data — maintaining a centralized risk report inventory, driving automation and appropriate controls to reduce reliance on manual processes, strengthening authoritative data sourcing and lineage, and conducting periodic platform assessments.

How will you make an impact in this role?

The Analyst – Risk Reporting CoE will be part of the GRC organization, responsible for building and advancing enterprise-wide risk data aggregation and reporting capabilities. The role will play a critical part in establishing a comprehensive risk data aggregation and reporting framework,to deliver trusted, decision-ready data that supports Tier 1 risk reporting and enterprise risk decisioning. The role combines risk reporting governance with hands-on data discovery, data requirements development, standardization and validation partnering closely with business, risk, analytics, and technology teams to translate complex reporting requirements into usable, well-governed data solutions.

Responsibilities

Risk Reporting

Support the establishment of policies, standards, and processes that provide risk data aggregation and reporting capabilities appropriate for the size, complexity, and risk profile of the bank.Drive and monitor Risk Reporting Policy adherence; support the development of procedures and required training for Risk Reporting.Facilitate the development of risk reporting business requirements with report owners and stakeholders.Support the operation of centralized consumption layer controls and assist in overseeing the implementation and execution of decentralized controls.Support the design and implementation of data and technology infrastructure that meets reporting needs and ensures the appropriate capture and reporting of material risks, concentrations, and emerging risks.Support the execution of a standardized, periodic assessment framework (at least annually) to evaluate the effectiveness of risk reporting systems, tools, and processes, ensuring continuous evolution with changing data sources and regulatory expectations.Support the production of Risk Appetite and BU Risk Appetite Reports which are shared with the Board, and senior management committees.

Shift timings : Mon to Wed : 1AM to 9 PM , Thursday: 11AM – 7PM , Friday : 9 AM to 5 PM

Qualifications

0-2 years of experience in risk management, analytics, or related discipline from Tier 1 college. Degree in quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science or Economics). Strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to apply both quantitative methods and business skills to create insights and drive results.Familiarity with BCBS 239 and OCC Heightened StandardsStrong analytical skills, including a proving ability to translate complex and disparate information to develop a comprehensive and cohesive conclusion for colleagues, business partners, and senior leaders.Ability to work independently and across a matrix organization partnering with business partners, functional owners, capabilities, technology teams and external vendors.Rigorous and analytical approach to problem-solving, decision-making, and prioritization collaboration across teams/geographies.Proactive in identifying issues, delivering and escalating key findings, and advising on recommended solutions to correct issues or mitigate risks.

This role is required to be on-site 3 days per week.
