Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
Purpose & overall relevance Support India net sales and business objectives by creating engaging, business‑aligned learning solutions for wholesale and key‑account teams. Drive capability building across distribution channel, partners and internal commercial teams to improve sell‑in, product knowledge, service standards and execution in the wholesale channel.
Key Responsibilities
Functional
Develop local seasonal product learning content aligned to global and EM toolkits, tailored for wholesale customers, distribution and channel sales teams.Deliver seasonal product and commercial learning sessions to wholesale teams, distributor salesforces and key accounts; drive adoption and implementation at partner level.Conduct Train‑the‑Trainer (TTT) for field sales team and wholesale partner trainersCreate engagement initiatives and adopt market best practices to upskill distributor sales teams, wholesale account managers and sales leads.Drive engagement on learning platforms (Atticus) and digital learning platform (AREA) focused on wholesale channel adoption.Usage of digital training recording and measurement tools to track training effectivenessFoster a culture of on‑the‑job and partner‑floor learning by equipping In-store Trainers and area managers with toolkits and coaching techniques.Monitor and support market‑led programs, on-boarding new partners and channel events with the India Sales Academy lead.Apply blended learning methodologies to maximize training reach and commercial impact.Use qualitative and quantitative methods and established tracking systems to evaluate training effectiveness for wholesale channels.Create and maintain training measurement dashboards and reporting mechanisms focused on wholesale KPIs (sell‑in, product sell throughs, training adoption).Report training needs, engagement, delivery and outcomes to market teams; recommend interventions for partner performance improvement.

Requisite Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications
Functional: 4–6 years training experience with overall 10 years’ work experience (may include sales/operations), ideally with direct consumer selling or partner enablement focusIndustry: experience in apparel/fashion/shoes, or wholesale distribution preferredExposure: wholesale sales, distributor management, key‑account management, marketing or trade marketingGraduate with relevant certifications; qualification in Training & Development preferred
