With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.The Account Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end category performance, including assortment planning, vendor management, pricing, promotions, marketing and inventory optimization to drive sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:Own and manage the assigned category P&L (sales, margin, growth)Develop and optimize product assortment based on market trends and customer demandIdentify, onboard, and manage relationships with key suppliers/vendorsNegotiate pricing, margins, and commercial terms with partnersPlan and execute promotions, discounts, and marketing activitiesMonitor inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability and minimizing aging/overstockAnalyze sales data, customer behavior, and competition to drive category strategyCollaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, operations) for seamless executionTrack key KPIs like sell-through, margin %, stock cover, and availability

What you'll need:Required Skills -2– 4 years of experience in retail buying/category management/e-commerceStrong analytical and negotiation skillsExperience with assortment planning and inventory managementProficiency in Excel/SQL/data analysis tools is a plusGood understanding of market trends and consumer behaviorStrong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Skills -Experience in FMCG preferable not requiredFamiliarity with online marketplacesAbility to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
