About the job:Key responsibilities:
1. Counsel prospective learners and understand their career and learning goals.
2. Explain relevant courses, programs, and career opportunities to prospective learners.
3. Handle inbound leads, follow-ups, queries, and objections through a consultative sales approach.
4. Build relationships with prospects and convert qualified leads into enrollments.
5. Maintain accurate lead records and achieve assigned sales targets.
6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth learner onboarding experience.
