For smooth Production & Logistic operations of Third Party manufacturing of Dry Mix plant.

A Person Should Be Able To Coordinate & Complete Production Against The Targeted Business Priorities From a Third Party Organisation Without Compromising On Quality Aspects.

KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters)Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters)
KRA1 To achieve Production targets as required by Market To ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time.
KRA2 To check for RM, Packaging availability. To ensure required smooth production. RM, Packaging is available for
KRA3 To ensure vehicle availability for dispatch To coordinate with Marketing, Transporter to ensure material is delivered on time to customer.
KRA4 To maintain all Records of Production done. To ensure all Reports are maintained and filed.
