Position:Maths and Science (Pre-Foundation Bangla Faculty)Location: Work From Home / Studio-Based (Location to be discussed during the interview process)

Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and passionate faculty to teach pre-foundation aspirants in the Bangla language. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for students.

Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality Maths and science lectures for students in Bangla.Create an engaging and interactive learning environment.Develop and review study materials, assignments, and practice questions.Prepare students for competitive examinations through concept-based teaching.Conduct doubt-solving sessions and provide academic support.Monitor student performance and suggest improvement strategies.Collaborate with the academic team to enhance course content and learning outcomes.

Eligibility CriteriaBachelor's or master's degree or a related field.Prior experience teaching is preferred.Strong command of the Bangla language.Excellent subject knowledge and teaching aptitude.Ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively.

Preferred SkillsExperience in online or offline teaching.Strong presentation and communication skills.Ability to create engaging classroom experiences.Familiarity with digital teaching tools and technology-enabled learning.
