Job Description
Prepare and maintain comprehensive personnel files, leave records, and medical documentation in compliance with Indian labor laws and organizational policiesCoordinate and facilitate onboarding and training programs for new employees, creating a welcoming experience from day oneEnsure accurate and timely execution of payroll, timekeeping, and attendance management processesManage compliance with Social Security and statutory procedures specific to Indian employment regulationsCoordinate internal communication initiatives, company announcements, and employee engagement events that strengthen organizational cultureSupport employee relations by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback with empathy and transparencyAnalyze HR metrics and prepare reports to inform strategic people decisions and support organizational goals
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Human ResourcesProven experience in personnel administration, timekeeping management, and employee record maintenanceProficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with HRIS or HR management systemsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishStrong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detailDemonstrated interpersonal and conflict resolution skills with the ability to build positive relationships across all organizational levelsExperience in employee engagement, culture building, or internal communicationsAbility to analyze HR data and provide actionable insightsEmpathetic listener with genuine interest in supporting employee well-being and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
