Supervise compliance of cGMP, QAMS, GxP and any other applicable regulatory requirement, including EH&S requirements.To complete self-training (L2LMS) or As per EHS Guideline and monitor training of team members on the relevant SOPs/EHS Guidelines.Report any quality concern or suggestion for improvement to managers.Execute and supervise all tasks and activities as per the applicable SOPs/EHS GuidelinesTo handle First Aid and emergencies arising out of accident, sickness etcTo ensure smooth functioning of Occupational Health Centre and maintain recordsTo maintain First Aid Boxes and records.Conducting Pre-employment and Periodical medical examination as applicable.Promoting Occupational Health & Hygiene practices.To Conduct periodic training program on First Aid, Personal Health & Hygiene, Canteen Hygiene, Health Counselling etcTo handle community health camps as required in co-ordination with LHWRFPromote and maintain highest degree of physical, mental and social wellbeing of employeesCo-ordinate with hospitals in case of accident, sickness cases etcTo identify new health hazards and develop necessary medical emergency preparednessTo complete self-training and ensure training of team members on relevant SOPs and EHS guidelinesAny other assignments allocated with respect to OHC & Occupational HealthImplementation of ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 standards at site.
