Responsibilities

Driving large, complex projects autonomously from technical design to launchTackling complex architecture challenges and evolving architectural standardsLeading code reviews, documentation, and owning high-risk bug fixesPartnering across engineering teams to deliver company-wide initiativesMentoring junior engineers through pairing and design coaching
