The Global Payroll team plays a vital role in supporting Regeneron's global workforce by ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll operations. We are seeking a Payroll Service Delivery Analyst to join our Global Capability Center (GCC) in Hyderabad. In this role, you will support U.S. payroll operations, collaborate with global collaborators, and contribute to delivering an exceptional employee experience while maintaining the highest standards of compliance, accuracy, and service excellence.

As a Payroll Service Delivery Analyst, You Will
Support the accurate and timely processing of U.S. payroll by validating, reviewing, and maintaining employee payroll data.Process garnishments, child support orders, tax levies, and other payroll transactions in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.Review payroll results, perform reconciliations, and implement audit controls to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.Partner with Payroll, HR, Finance, and business collaborators to resolve payroll inquiries and maintain employee data integrity.Support payroll tax administration and multi-state payroll requirements while ensuring regulatory compliance.Generate payroll reports and assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end payroll activities.Participate in payroll system testing, enhancements, and projects involving Workday, Oracle Time & Labor, and related payroll applications.Contribute to process improvement initiatives, standardization efforts, and operational excellence across payroll services.Maintain strict confidentiality and adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, and company policies.Provide cross-functional backup support to ensure continuity of payroll operations and service delivery.
This Role May Be For You If You
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related subject area.Have 4+ years of payroll experience with proven knowledge of payroll operations and payroll tax regulations.Possess knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax laws, including multi-state payroll requirements.Have experience performing payroll reconciliations, audits, and resolving payroll discrepancies.Demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.Are proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with payroll and HR systems.Have experience or exposure to Workday, Oracle, ADP, CloudPay, or similar payroll platforms.Thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented shared services environment while managing multiple priorities.Bring a continuous improvement approach focused on enhancing payroll processes and employee experience.Experience supporting U.S. payroll operations within a Shared Services Center or Global Capability Center environment.Professional payroll certifications such as CPP, FPC, or equivalent credentials.Experience supporting payroll system implementations, enhancements, or transformation initiatives.
