Role Summary

Own end‑to‑end onboarding of vendors, dealers and other counterparties under anchor‑led Supply Chain Finance programs. Ensure fast, compliant onboarding, smooth activation and strong early‑stage engagement to drive utilization and portfolio hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with vendors/dealers to explain SCF products, benefits and onboarding process. Manage complete onboarding workflow: KYC, documentation, risk checks, approvals and limit setup. Coordinate with Credit, Risk, Ops, Legal and Tech for frictionless onboarding and compliance. Drive activation: ensure counterparties utilize limits and monitor your portfolio growth and quality. Monitor counterparty-level ageing/overdue, flag early warning indicators, follow-up for payments, support Collections on early bucket resolution, and ensure anchor alignment on disputes. Resolve operational issues, documentation gaps and onboarding bottlenecks. Maintain MIS, funnel trackers and adherence to onboarding TATs. Support Anchor Relationship Managers with utilization, reactivation and early‑cycle portfolio hygiene.

Key KPIs

Counterparties onboarded Onboarding TAT (Pre-sanction documentation → Approval → post-sanction documentation → Go‑live) Documentation quality / monitor deferrals. First‑drawdown % and utilization support

Candidate Profile

Experience: In SCF, Working Capital, Trade Finance, MSME lending or onboarding roles. Skills: Strong communication, KYC/AML understanding, documentation accuracy, process discipline, Excel/CRM familiarity. Traits: High ownership, speed, detail‑orientation, customer empathy.

Education

Graduate/MBA preferred. Certifications in KYC/Compliance/SCF are advantageous.
