Job Purpose

This Role acts as the CFO of GHAL, GHASL, GHRL, GLLPL of ALD Hyderabad Companies and is responsible for all the F&A Activities (Target setting, business planning, Accounting, Taxation, Audit, MIS, working capital Management, fund raising, Commercial Support to business and board management).

Head F&A with responsibility for managing and overseeing the entire Finance & Accounts team.

Key Accountabilities

To achieve Revenue & profit as per Annual Operating Plan Ensuring timely reporting to GHIAL, GIL or other group companies as per requirement and timely completion of Statutory Audits with no adverse remarks

KPI: Timely completion

Presentation of Financial performance to Board of Directors and Senior management on a periodic basis.

Board Management and Governance

Effective management of working capital, ensuring the collection of receivables and making payment to vendor within agreed terms Optimum utilization of funds and resources

Detailed review of financial performance of GHAL, GHASL, GHRL , GLPPL including other JVs on periodic basis to senior management Performance evaluation and achievement of KPIs

Ensuring of timely invoicing & collection of receivables by ensuring the necessary reconciliation of Customers Ledgers Revenue Management and DSO

Coordinating with Internal Auditors to ensure the internal audit and minimize the observations relating to SOP, DOP, and other processes Process compliance and timely resolution

Arrangement of Funds, dealing with Banks and Financial institutions, Credit Rating Agencies, etc. for sourcing of funds. Need Basis

Supporting to Business by participating the vendor negotiation and finalization of Contracts and ensure the timely payment to vendor Timely Completion

Ensuring to complete the Tax Audit under the provisions of Income Tax and GST. 100 % compliance is required

Evaluation of existing process continuously and improving the same including process automation, wherever applicable Continuous Process

Balance sheet size of Rs.5,000Crores.Total Revenue ranging between Rs. 600 Cr to Rs. 700 Cr varied based on the projects period to period.Fixed Assets include Building, which generates the rental amounting to Rs.3,000Cr.

Education Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: B.Com., CA/ICWA.

Relevant Experience

Relevant and total years of Experience 20+ years in F & A.
