Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient GSA-Housekeeping to join our team in Mercure Hyderabad KCP, India. As a Guest Service Associate specializing in housekeeping, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our facilities, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests.
Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and other assigned spaces according to established standards and proceduresProperly use cleaning equipment, supplies, and chemicals while adhering to safety guidelinesRespond promptly to guest requests and concerns related to housekeeping mattersRestock guest room amenities, linens, and supplies as neededInspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness, functionality, and maintenance issuesReport any damages, deficiencies, or safety hazards to the appropriate personnelCollaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiencesMaintain organized storage areas and manage inventory of cleaning suppliesAdhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standardsParticipate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Qualifications
