Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented F&B Executive to join our dynamic team in Mercure Hyderabad KCP, India. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences while ensuring seamless operations across all our outlets. As an F&B Executive, you will combine your passion for hospitality with your analytical mindset to drive operational excellence, maintain service standards, and foster a collaborative environment that prioritizes customer satisfaction.
Assist food and beverage outlets with daily operations, particularly during peak service times, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient service deliveryMaintain comprehensive knowledge of all F&B services, outlets, menu offerings, and hotel services/features to provide informed support to team members and guestsOversee inventory management, cost control, and analyze performance metrics to optimize operational efficiency and profitabilityLead and motivate F&B staff, fostering a collaborative team environment while maintaining high standards of professional conduct and presentationEnsure compliance with food safety, hygiene standards, and organizational policies across all food and beverage operationsAddress guest concerns and resolve service-related issues promptly and professionally, demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skillsCoordinate with kitchen, service, and management teams to customize solutions and enhance the overall guest experienceMonitor and evaluate service quality, staff performance, and operational procedures, providing constructive feedback and coachingPerform additional duties and special projects as assigned by hotel management, demonstrating flexibility and a goal-oriented approach
Qualifications
**Required Qualifications:**
Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or Diploma in Hotel ManagementMinimum 2-3 years of proven experience in F&B operations, management, or hospitality environmentsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-focused approachDemonstrated ability to work effectively under stress and in high-pressure situationsStrong organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detailKnowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and health regulationsProficiency in inventory management, cost analysis, and basic financial acumenLeadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop team members
**Preferred Qualifications: **
Certification in Food Safety or Hospitality ManagementBilingual proficiency (English and Tamil or other regional languages)Experience in a multi-outlet or high-volume hospitality settingDemonstrated track record of improving operational efficiency and guest satisfaction metricsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and implement improvements
