Ashland has an exciting opportunity for an Analyst-Global Customer request team-Personal Care to join our business at our Hyderabad, Telangana. This is a very visible, significant role within the Company and the Global Customer request team-personal Care function. This position will report to Assistant Manager – Customer request team -Personal Care (Quality, Regulatory and Sustainability).
Key responsibilities of Analyst - Customer request team, but are not limited to, the following:
Provide high-quality, accurate and customer-focused responses to customer requests related to quality, regulatory, and sustainability.Provide accurate and timely responses to customer requests within established service level agreements and turnaround times (TATs).Review customer inquiries and identify available information from internal systems, databases, and approved resources.Reviewing, negotiating and maintaining Quality Agreements.Collaborate with subject matter experts across Regulatory Affairs, REACH, Manufacturing, Quality, Sustainability, and other business functions to obtain information needed to support customer requests.Complete customer specification reviews, customer questionnaires, surveys, assessments, and other information requests by gathering and consolidating information from multiple sources.Support documentation readiness for new launches.Support the completion customer questionnaires requiring coordination across multiple internal stakeholders.Maintain customer request records, supporting documentation, and knowledge resources in accordance with established processes.Escalate information gaps, technical questions, or disclosure concerns to appropriate stakeholders for resolution.Utilize customer request management tools and business systems to effectively manage assigned workload and priorities.Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance response quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.Actively contribute to the organizational goals by taking initiative, executing on goals and focusing on performance and safetyImprove the organization capacity and capabilities through building collaborative relationships, optimizing diverse talent and utilizing positive communications and influence with others
In order to be qualified for this role, you must possess the following:
Min Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related scientific discipline (B.Sc. Chemistry, B.Pharm preferred).Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in quality, regulatory compliance, product stewardship, customer compliance or experience working in the chemical, pharmaceutical, personal care, life sciences, or manufacturing industry.Working knowledge of quality, regulatory, and sustainability requirementsKnowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems and ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems.Demonstrated responsible and ethical behavior at all timesThe ability to help the company drive greater value through understanding the business, making complex decisions and creating the new and different.
