Regulatory ComplianceEnsure products, technologies, projects and transactions meet applicable trade control and sanctions
Requirements
Review regulatory requirements and identify their applicability to business activities Risk AssessmentAssess product/technology, jurisdiction, end-use, end-user and transaction-related risks and identify
potential restrictions or licensing requirements
Support appropriate controls and escalation of high-risk cases Technical AssessmentsReview Export Control Questionnaires and product/technology data for classification and compliance

Stakeholder CoordinationCoordinate with R&D PTM/PM, internal AREG team on Export Control Sanctions mattersProvide guidance to R&D PTM on applicable trade control requirements Regulatory Change & ImprovementMonitor changes in export control regulations, sanctions lists and restrictions to assess their business
impact and support timely implementation
Identify compliance gaps and recommend process improvements Documentation & ReportingMaintain assessment records, screening evidence, regulatory change records & KPIsEnsure compliance documentation is accurate and properly controlled
