We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to manage end-to-end accounting and finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end accounting and finance operationsOversee bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations and financial reportingEnsure timely preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statementsManage GST, TDS, statutory compliance and audit requirementsCoordinate with CA firms, auditors and tax consultantsHandle MIS, budgeting, cash-flow management and financial analysisEstablish and maintain strong accounting processes and controlsReview the work of junior finance team members and ensure accuracyWork closely with senior stakeholders on finance-related matters.Requirements5–8 years of experience in accounting and finance.Strong experience in a CA firm / accounting firm / audit firm.Experience handling accounting and finance activities for multiple clients/businesses is preferred.Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, audits, and financial reporting.Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with accounting software.Strong attention to detail and ability to independently manage finance operations.Good communication and team management skills.
