Job Description

Develop and implement strategic sales plans, including goal setting, budgeting, and forecasting to maximize revenue across group, transient, and catering/banquet salesAnalyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to adapt strategies and ensure business growthLead and manage the sales team, including recruitment, performance management, and professional developmentOversee all marketing, advertising, and public relations activities in collaboration with corporate departmentsActively participate in sales presentations, property tours, and high-level customer meetingsEngage with community and professional organizations to maintain visibility and promote a positive brand imageMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales programs, developing new strategies as neededCollaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and guest satisfactionStay informed of industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from a reputable hospitality school with minimum 10 years of Sales management experience or at least 2 years in a similar capacity with proven recordsHigh degree of professionalism with strong understanding of global markets and business acumenExcellent proficiency in English (reading, writing, and oral communication)
