Job Description For Manager/ Senior Manager - Legal
Experience - 5 to 8 years
Location - Bangalore
Drafting and vetting of Service Agreements / Vendor Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements.Handling of litigations filed against the company in Courts by borrowers of the company.Replying to Legal Notices from defaulting borrowers, replying to Banking Ombudsman of RBIAssisting in opening of branch office of the company by vetting of Title Search Reports, Lease Deeds, Leave & License Agreements.Ensuring compliance with RBI Regulatory requirements such as RBI Guidelines on Digital Lending while drafting, vetting of Co-Lending Agreements and Customer Loan Agreements.Managing litigations – civil and criminal in Courts, providing assistance in filing police complaints / FIR.Drafting and vetting of:Customer Loan Agreements,Co-Lending Agreements,Wholesale Lending Agreements,External Commercial Borrowing Agreements,Loan agreements for lending to large corporatesDocuments for structured transactions like NCDs. PTCs, direct assignments, securitisation.Tendering legal advise/opinions to internal stakeholders on legal risks involved while disbursing loans to borrowers
