Senior DevOps Engineer (CI/CD & AI-Enabled Platform)

What you'll doAs a Senior CI/CD & AI-Enabled DevOps Engineer, you will take ownership of our developer platform and CI/CD ecosystem, driving its evolution toward a highly automated, AI-augmented engineering environment. You will act as a technical leader, shaping architecture, best practices, and the adoption of modern technologies.

Your key accountabilities are:

Own the design, evolution, and reliability of our CI/CD and developer platform architectureEvaluate and introduce new CI/CD, platform engineering, and AI-driven technologies, setting technical direction and standardsLead the implementation of AI-powered developer productivity solutions, including:Internal AI agents for CI/CD pipelines, incident resolution, and operational automationIntelligent assistants to improve developer workflows and reduce cognitive loadDefine and implement patterns for integrating AI using Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar frameworks, ensuring secure and scalable interactions between LLMs and internal systemsDrive the development of a self-service internal developer platform, enabling teams to deploy, test, and operate services independentlyProvide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers, promoting best practices in DevOps, platform engineering, and AI adoptionLead troubleshooting and resolution of complex system and infrastructure issues, acting as an escalation pointCollaborate cross-functionally with engineering, security, and product teams to improve developer experience, system reliability, and delivery speedDefine and enforce observability, reliability, and cost optimization strategiesEnsure secure adoption of AI technologies, including governance, compliance, and data protectionDrive documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives across the platform
