Trading Partner Finance (TPF) is a high professional, high performing Global team, enabling the Haleon supply chain to get products to customers on-time and improve everyday heath for billions of people, through strong partnership across the business.

Our activities support ca. 95% of Haleon’s trade as it routes through a series of specifically designed trading entities which principally cover the procurement, supply, import and export of product for intercompany and 3rd party cross border transactions.

On a daily basis we are required to react rapidly to emerging issues that require swift resolution to keep the supply chain moving, whilst ensuring compliance with global trade, financial, legal & fiscal requirements.

The TPF Intercompany (ICO) Reporting & Data team is responsible for:

providing strong end to end data governance processes to maintain the standard costs & transfer prices of Haleon’s ca. 22,000 SKUseliminating intercompany profit (ca. £2.9bn annually) on an end to end basis to support accurate monthly reporting of the Haleon group results

Job Description

TPF is building a new team at the Haleon GCC, Bengaluru. This team will receive activities migrating from the UK. You will initially play a key part in ensuring the success of this project.

Your post-transition responsibilities will include – but non-exhaustively

Responsible for the oversight of the Group Intercompany Profit Elimination processesCovering all related activities, including managing the period end & AAR processesContributing to team objectives, plans & projectsDay to day oversight of outsourced BPO team (Genpact)Being an ambassador for Global Finance Services (GFS) and TPFManaging stakeholders, dealing with escalations and gathering feedbackSupporting regular communication with global teams to cascade process / system informationContinuously identifying & driving improvements in end-to-end processes, ensuring sustainability & suitability for an FMCG companyHaving a strong compliance mindset, ensuring adherence to Sox controls, GxP etcEnsuring audit queries are answered in a timely mannerSupporting the Finance Reporting Principal with ad-hoc requests, activities & projects

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degreeMBA or Accounting qualification (CIMA / ACCA / ACA or equivalent)

Basic Requirements
