Full job description
Purpose of the RoleConnect with potential POSP agents and onboard new partners.Service existing POSP agents to drive sales growth.Handle customer queries and ensure quick and satisfactory resolution.Coordinate with Girnar Insurance HO Team for the smooth execution of sales and operational processes.Create and manage offline training and servicing processes for POSP agents.Develop and maintain a strong local agent network.Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and work independently to achieve business objectives.Achieve monthly sales targets.Be a highly motivated individual with the ability to drive the agency channel with ownership.Candidates with a Motor Insurance background and hands-on experience in the agency vertical of a general insurance company or insurance brokerage firm will be preferred.
Eligibility & RequirementsGraduation in any stream.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Basic awareness of Motor & General Insurance.Sales-oriented mindset with the zeal to build a career in insurance sales.1+ year of relevant experience preferred.Freshers and candidates from non-insurance backgrounds may also be considered, depending on the requirement.Willingness to travel and work in a field-based role.Proficiency in English, Hindi, and any other local language is preferred.
