About the Role
BCT Ventures is looking for high-potential engineering graduates to join as Management Trainees and work closely with senior leadership across business, strategy, sales, operations, technology and growth.
This is a high-ownership role for candidates who want to solve real business problems, learn quickly and take responsibility from Day 1.
Key Responsibilities
Work directly with senior leadership on high-priority business projects.
Take ownership of projects from problem identification to execution.
Support business development, sales, partnerships and operations.
Conduct market and competitor research.
Analyse data and prepare reports, presentations and MIS.
Coordinate with clients, vendors and internal teams.
Handle calls, follow-ups and business discussions.
Leverage AI and automation to improve business processes and productivity.

B.E., B.Tech or M.Tech graduates only.
