Role Description The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day branch operations in Gaya, ensuring processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with Bajaj Finserv’s service standards. This full-time on-site role includes managing operational workflows, monitoring performance metrics, and coordinating with cross-functional teams such as sales, customer service, and finance. The Operations Manager will be responsible for implementing standard operating procedures, identifying process improvements, and supporting risk management and regulatory compliance. The role also involves supervising staff, resolving operational issues, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and customer focus.

Qualifications

Strong operations management skills, including process optimization, workflow management, and performance monitoring.Experience with financial services or NBFC operations, including an understanding of lending, insurance, or wealth advisory processes.Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools such as Excel or similar platforms to track KPIs and operational metrics.Solid people management skills, including team leadership, coaching, and stakeholder coordination.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and present operational insights clearly.Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the financial services sector.Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, operations, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Gaya, with strong organizational skills and a focus on accuracy and accountability.
