Role OverviewThe OpsAssist role include supporting the end-to-end execution of trade finance and operational processes by managing documentation, transaction coordination, bank follow-ups, client servicing and assist in day- to- day operational activities.End-to-End Trade Finance SupportPrepare and verify trade finance documentation including Proforma Invoices,Commercial Invoices, Custom PFIs, and related transaction documents for the clientsAssist in Letter of Credit (LC) checking and compliance validationSupport preparation of bank presentation letters and document setsCoordinate documentation through the complete export and import transactionTrack transactions until realization of funds in beneficiary accountBank & Internal CoordinationCoordinate with banks and financial institutions for document submission and follow-upsCoordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely transaction processingEscalate faults or delays proactivelyClient SupportAssist clients with documentation and operational queriesProvide timely updates on transaction progressSupport onboarding and documentation requirements for new clientQualifications RequiredGraduate in B.Com / BBA preferred (other streams may also be considered)Strong academic record with consistently good scores0–2 years of experienceGood understanding of finance/business concepts preferredAdequate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel And PowerPoint)
