Responsibilities:

Work with multiple internal teams to understand and resolve Production issuesAdapt to new technologies in quick timeComplete the assigned tasks in timely manner with zero defectsAbility to manage multiple prioritiesFocus on identifying the gaps in as is process and improveFocus on Automation and Process improvement. Minimum Qualifications:

2 to 4 years of Experience in Supply chain domain preferably manufacturing industryMinimum 2 years of hands-on experience in constructing, testing, and supporting supply chain planning solutions, such as JDA/BY Demand, FulfillmentExperience on JDA SCPO platform will be plusBasic knowledge in RDBMS, Oracle SQL, PL/SQLKnowledge on Python will be a plusGood to have experience in Production Support for any ERP/SCM solutions Experience with Oracle 10g and 11g will be a plusStrong communication and analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to work effectively with technical and cross functional teamsB.E. in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, M.B.A. in Operations or equivalent technical degrees
