1. Role Purpose

Loom Solar is building a scalable Energy Storage & BESS business ranging from 1 kWh residential batteries to 1,000 kWh / 1 MWh commercial and industrial Battery Energy Storage Systems.

We are looking for a Product Manager – BESS & Lithium Battery who can own the complete product lifecycle:

Market Research → Product Strategy → Product Specification → Cell/Battery/OEM Selection → BMS → PCS/Inverter Integration → Certification → Product Launch → Sales → Service → Product Profitability

The candidate will be responsible for developing a competitive BESS portfolio for residential, commercial, industrial, telecom, solar EPC, microgrid, backup power and energy-management applications.

The role requires a combination of technical depth, product management, commercial understanding and strong execution capability.
