Coordinate internal resources and third-party suppliers/vendors to ensure the successful execution of projects.Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Develop project scopes and objectives by engaging relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.Ensure the availability and effective allocation of resources.Develop detailed project plans to track progress and achieve project milestones.Apply appropriate verification and control techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.Measure project performance using suitable systems, tools, and methodologies.Provide regular project updates and escalate issues to management when required.Manage relationships with customers, clients, and key stakeholders.Conduct risk management activities to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.Establish and maintain strong working relationships with third-party suppliers and vendors.Create, maintain, and manage comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.Demonstrate Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity by taking accountability for assigned responsibilities while supporting colleagues, customers, and the business.

Your Background

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy Systems, or a related field.Relevant professional experience in electrical power systems, energy systems, or project management within the power and energy industry.Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a dynamic environment.
