The role
Senior Cluster Incharge for Solar O&M at a utilities/energy company, coordinating operations and maintenance across internal departments, sites, vendors, and district officials to keep solar plants fully functional and maintain energy guarantees. You will manage spare parts and inverter inventory, run monthly site visits, conduct JMR in a timely manner, and coordinate with OEMs and subcontractors to resolve site faults affecting energy generation or safety. Requirements include 7-8 years of solar power plant (Operation & Maintenance) experience and a B.E./B. Tech in Electrical Engineering/Electronics Engineering/Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering; work location is Dhule, Maharashtra, India.

Responsibilities
Coordination among internal departments, sites and vendors/contractorsAnticipating problems & interface issues and taking proactive measures for resolution.Ensure O&M activities are conducted by the site technician/Senior technician as envisaged in the EESL tender.Coordination of all activities with district level MSEDCL officials and EESL officials at Mumbai and Dhule clusterCoordinate with site technician/Senior technician to ensure that the sites are fully functional and energy guarantees are maintained.Conduct monthly visit to the sites under him to check efficacy of O&M activities carried out by the site technician/Senior technicianRelease periodic reports and returns to EESL officials and HO at Ahmedabad.Maintenance of spare parts and inverter. Replenishment of spare parts and major assembly on their usage. Maintenance of inventoryCoordinate with Techno commercial and logistics departments for movement of stores required at the sites.Coordinate and conduct of JMR of the sites in timely manner.Expedite with the OEMs and the subcontractors for immediate resolution of any fault at the site affecting the energy generation or safety of the plant.Engage with subcontractors’ technical team closely so that maximum incentives are generated from each site.
