Location: Delhi, Ghaziabad, Noida

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to manage store operations, drive sales, lead the team and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Drive store sales and achieve monthly business targets.
Lead, motivate and develop the store team.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries/complaints.
Manage daily store operations, inventory, cash and POS activities.
Ensure adherence to Lenskart SOPs and operational standards.
Monitor sales, conversion, customer satisfaction and store performance.
Plan shifts and ensure adequate staffing.
Maintain store hygiene, product display and inventory accuracy.
Ensure eye-checkup processes are followed as per SOP.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: 4+ years in retail sales/operations.
Prior team-handling/store management experience preferred.
Graduate preferred.
Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Strong sales and target-oriented approach.
Good leadership and team-management skills.
Immediate joiners will be given first preference.
Compensation
Up to 5.4 LPA + Incentives, depending on experience and interview performance
