Ticketing ( Galileo )

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Ticketing (Galileo) role based in Noida. The Ticketing Executive will handle domestic and international flight bookings using Galileo, including fare search, PNR creation, ticket issuance, reissuance, and cancellations. The role involves managing reservations, processing ticket sales, and providing accurate itinerary and fare information to customers and internal stakeholders. The individual will respond to customer queries, resolve booking issues, coordinate with airlines when needed, and ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations. The Ticketing Executive will work closely with the sales and customer service teams to support smooth operations and deliver a high-quality travel experience.

Qualifications

Strong ticketing and reservation skills, including Ticket Sales and Reservations using Galileo or similar GDS.Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for handling queries, resolving issues, and interacting with customers and partners.Sales skills to identify opportunities, upsell services, and support revenue growth.Proficiency in airline fare rules, PNR management, and general travel industry practices.Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and ability to work with deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Comfort with computer-based systems, MS Office, and online booking tools.Prior experience in travel ticketing or GDS operations; exposure to Galileo is highly preferred.Minimum educational qualification: graduate degree or equivalent in any discipline; formal training in travel and tourism is an advantage.
