What makes the role meaty?Manage vendor quality across multiple locations East and North region.Conduct QA audits at poultry and red meat (mutton) slaughterhouses and processing units across North& East region.Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, GHP, FSSAIDrive SOPs, documentation, and audit readinessMonitor product quality across end-to-end processingHandle vendor performance, CAPA, and improvementsLead and manage QA team of 10-15 membersShare quality reports and work with cross-functional teams
