Key Responsibilities

Conduct market and industry research across insurance, retail, consumer electronics, and related sectors. Analyse competitors, market trends, customer behaviour, and emerging business opportunities. Support the team in identifying new business opportunities, markets, channels, and partnerships. Analyse business data, sales reports, and operational metrics to identify trends and areas of improvement. Prepare MIS, dashboards, presentations, and business reports for internal stakeholders. Support business reviews and performance analysis across different channels and regions. Work on competitor benchmarking, including products, pricing, distribution models, and market presence. Assist in preparing business cases, market-entry studies, and strategic recommendations. Track execution of strategic initiatives and follow up with relevant stakeholders. Convert research and data into clear, actionable insights for the business team. Support ad-hoc strategic projects assigned by senior management.
