Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Solar EYA / Asset Performance & Analytics Lead for GMR Renewables Engineering team with 5-10 Years of relevant experience responsible for developing bankable Solar Energy Yield Assessments (EYA), performance models, and analytics frameworks for utility‑scale solar and hybrid projects.
The role ensures accurate generation forecasts, alignment between engineering assumptions and financial models, and continuous feedback from operating assets back into design and technology decisions, thereby protecting project returns and long‑term asset value.

Key Accountabilities
Conduct Solar energy production assessments (P50, P75, P90) and uncertainty analysis.Generate comprehensive pre-construction energy yield reports for internal approvals and external investors/lendersConduct sensitivity and uncertainty analysisDefine and validate loss assumptions (DC, AC, availability, degradation)Plant performance modeling, and analyticsTrack post‑COD plant performance and PRIdentify underperformance root causesCreate standardized performance dashboards and reportsSupport lender due diligence and IE engagements
