🔹 Position: Service Engineer – On-roll🔹 Experience: 2–3 Years🔹 Education: Diploma / B.E./B.Tech🔹 Preferred Industry: Service Industry🔹 Location: Delhi🔹 Travel: Willingness to travel extensively (~70%) across India

Key Responsibilities• Handle customer technical queries and provide on-site support• Diagnose and troubleshoot product issues and failures• Repair and refurbish PCBs, batteries, adapters/chargers, OLEDs and detectors• Perform system-level testing and validation• Support installation, commissioning and preventive maintenance at customer sites• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions• Prepare technical reports and maintain service documentation• Coordinate with the Bangalore team for effective issue resolution• Provide technical/refresher training to customers when required

Required Skills• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills• Hands-on experience with diagnostic, assembly, repair and maintenance tools• Good customer-handling and communication skills• Hindi communication skills are required• Good knowledge of MS Office• Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and accuracy• Willingness to travel extensively across India
