Job DescriptionResponsible for end to end Technical Solutions Delivery Project ManagementManage the delivery of complete project scope and committed deliverables as per the contractTechnical solution and services Implementation as per customer requirements (DLD LLD)Manage project activities, risks and resource requirements during the project lifecycleRegular monitoring and reporting of the progress of projects to all the stakeholders internal and externalReview monitor project KPIs/SLAs as per the contract Ensure SLA compliance in coordination with internal teams at Circles, NHQ, NOC and relevant external stake holdersAdvise project changes and interventions to achieve project output in consultation with customer/sales/business/cross functional teamsManage vendor relationships to ensure efficient service deliverables and RMA processingMaintain close interface with customer and project stakeholders for smooth and timely execution of projects
