Responsibilities

The TeamViewer Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platform finds and resolves IT issues before they affect users. Over the past several years, we have successfully built and released products that make IT administrators' day-to-day life easier. Our vision is to become THE unified endpoint management solution for our customers.

We’re looking for a Senior QA Engineer to play a key role in ensuring high quality in our DEX platform via consistent & reliable automated testing, with high coverage of our core functionalities.

As part of an Agile team, you will be an individual contributor working on the automated testing of our DEX platform (both server and agent), using tools like Playwright, SpecFlow and other testing frameworks. The systems under test are the Platform Server (web application hosted on Azure Kubernetes for SaaS, and on IIS for on-prem) and Agent running as a background service on the endpoints (on Windows, Mac and Linux devices). Your duties will include manual testing, automated functional testing, test data management, maintenance of CI/CD pipelines in ADO and status reporting to senior management.

Requirements

A university degree in Computer Science or Engineering, Information Technology, or any other related subject4+ years of experience in automated testing and quality assuranceKnowledge of professional testing practices within the SDLCProven skills and working history in the design and implementation of automated testsExperience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and team managersExperience in working with common software testing tools (Playwright, SpecFlow, Cypress, Ranorex, etc.)Knowledge of C# or Typescript/JavaScript, and SQL, with a good understanding of the fundamentals of relational databasesStrong attention to detail with a passion for learning and working with innovative technologiesExperience with API testing tools like Postman, and familiarity with JSON and XMLExperience in manual testingExperience in working with VMs on Hypervisor, ADO build pipelines, and Azure environments ISTQB certification is a plusExperience in performance testing (and related tools, such as load simulation with JMeter, K6, LoadRunner etc) is a plusExperience in debugging and root-cause analysis is a plusFamiliarity with AI-based tools like Co-pilot for Test generation is a plusFluency in English is mandatory
